Facebook is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of its Compensation team in the design, delivery and measurement of analytical driven compensation programmes across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Reporting to the Director, International Compensation & Benefits, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the cultivation of a vibrant Facebook culture as it continues to scale internationally. As a key member of the EMEA People team based in Dublin, this person will manage a team of compensation managers & analysts to design, build & execute high impact compensation programmes. This role can be based in Dublin or London.
Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of Compensation programs, focused on attracting & retaining key talent across an increasingly diverse workforce & business
Consulting with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy
Influence global compensation philosophy & programmes by articulating EMEA specific needs and market practices
Partner with HQ Comp peers to ensure consistent rollout & adoption of global Comp programmes across EMEA
Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for compensation programmes across EMEA
Develop key metrics to analyse programme trends & effectiveness, drive strategic design decisions based on data

this role will strive for efficiency & impact, including process design in partnership with key People@ stakeholders in HR & Staffing
Build a strategic partnership with market/ region specific stakeholders to deepen understanding of market trends and factors impacting talent attraction & retention
Identify, assemble and lead cross-functional teams to solve problems in innovative ways
Get involved in new office openings & mergers & acquisition to ensure that new employees feel engaged and excited about their future at Facebook
Minimum Qualifications

15 years’ experience in the Compensation field, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures
Deep experience in the compensation field on a pan European basis
An experienced people manager with the ability to empower senior comp professionals and create opportunities for them to have oversized impact
Be a highly collaborative team player & great partner, focus on the doing the right thing to take care of our people & support the growth of the business
Good mix of hands-on, operational and design/strategy experience
A solid knowledge of International compensation programs from market positioning to administrative details
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships & credibility with business leaders & present well formulated points of view
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data
Highly change orientated & great at prioritising
Demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries
The ideal candidate will bring high energy & a focus on impact
BA/BS degree desired
