Director Robotic Process Automation ADP Surrey

Job Description:
The Director Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be a member of the GES International (GESi) BPI and Process Automation Leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President BPI & Process Automation GES International.
He/she will work with and collaborate directly with the GESi Service Delivery Leadership teams, R&D and IPC.
The role will include responsibility for leading our Robotic Process Automation program across GES International, establishing and managing a best in class RPA way of working and maximizing the use of robotics to automate our processes.

The Director RPA will have direct responsibility for leading a team of RPA developers to be based in our center of excellence.

This role will have high visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills and significant experience in developing and implementing RPA software.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing and maintaining a best in class RPA Way of working including RPA governance and ongoing maintenance
Appropriately use PMO tools to coordinate projects and track progress and ROI.
Coaching RPA developers to support the identification and on time delivery of process automation opportunities.
Expanding and supporting the GESi adoption of RPA
Leading assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Vice President BPI & Process Automation
Managing the relationship between Blue Prism (the RPA solution supplier) and GES International .
Identification of new processes to be automated across the organisation
Effective delivery of RPA communication relating to strategy, activities and performance.
Ensuring RPA Activities are aligned across GES International.
Managing resources effectively to ensure quality, consistency, cost effectiveness and excellence of service.
Developing RPA knowledge across the international organisation
Engaging and collaborating with teams across GES International to create and maintain a process automation culture.
Implementing on-going Management information reporting and metrics, tracking and monitoring of benefits arising from robotic process automation

Critical Success Factors:
Lead the development and deployment of the RPA strategy for GES International. Drive continual process automation improvements to satisfy competitive challenges and to achieve optimum operational performance.
Identify and use technology to automate business processes to facilitate achievement of GES Internationals strategic goals.
Identify and communicate RPA best practices across the international organisation.
Ensure consistent rollout of RPA initiatives across the organisation as well as alignment with GESi strategic objectives.
Proactively partner with functional leaders to monitor the health of the business operations as it relates to client satisfaction, service, relationship management, operations, security and training and actively collaborate with field business partners and execute automation strategies where needed.
Actively identify and drive robotic process automation initiatives to increase efficiency and quality in Set-up, Service and support function processes
Ability to challenge established processes or procedures and generate innovative ideas for creatively enhancing service and solutions.

Specific Skill / Experiences:
RPA Expert and preferably a Lean Sigma practitioner
High level of ability to collaborate & communicate effectively at all levels of an international organization
Worked extensively and successfully within international environment
Able to maintain effective relationships across the organisation
Extensive experience in successfully designing and executing on a corporate RPA strategy
Excellent decision making skill set.
Display high levels of energy ,maintaining a positive outlook even in the face of adversity
Able to motivate and engage associates at all level of the organization
Must be able to influence multi-directional and non-linear relationships.
Must be able to clearly articulate strategy and obtain buy-in from the various Business Units.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Degree or equivalent
Work Experience:
2-3 years experience in Operations, Service or Implementation with large multi-national companies.
Extensive experience in Robotic Process Automation preferably with Blue Prism (RPA software)
Experience making change happen using Lean Six Sigma
Experience with BPMS
Excellent stakeholder and Change Management expertise
Proven track record in delivering sustainable results utilizing Robotic Process Automation.
Experience working in international environments.
