Job Description:
J.P. Morgan is one of the largest Global Custody and Clearing organizations in the world – with offices, operations and clients throughout the world. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of core product enhancements and targeted tactical and strategic FX solutions to meet the extensive needs of the clients and prospects for the Investor Services business. The FX Product Management Team also maintains and expands subject matter expertise, providing thought leadership in the Global Custody product space.

The FX Product Management Team is multi-location (London, Bournemouth, New York, Hong Kong) and is organized with a distinct and vital role in managing the P&L and delivering change for clients and the Investor Services FX business.

This position, within the FX Product Management team, will be located in London and have responsibility for the EMEA FX Product team. The role reports to the FX Global Product Head.

He/she will be accountable for the management of the regional EMEA Custody FX P&L; the client experience; end to end business control and governance framework; and feeding the EMEA requirements into the core product strategy.
The responsibilities for this role include:
• FX P&L for the region.
• Lead the development and implementation of the EMEA CFS FX business strategy; develop and implement a robust business plan for achieving objectives in collaboration with key partners to drive profit growth, market share expansion, and other key metrics
• Manage product/market development and launches, client experience and market position strategy, in close partnership with FX client management and partners within CIB
• Define, develop and execute solutions for client segments; bringing those solutions successfully to market; maximizing client and firm success across the product and platform suite
• Grow the FX product (primarily for Investor Services clients located in the EMEA region). This includes evaluating market, segment and other expansion initiatives and analyzing how client demand and regulatory changes affect the business.
• Adopt regional governance framework to ensure stakeholders, sponsors and impacted parties receive relevant and timely communication within required standards
• Design and maintain Client facing as well as internal Product documentation and marketing materials
• In conjunction with FX Services work across CFS and IS to implement best practice and consistency for securities related Foreign Exchange activity

The successful candidate will have ideally have extensive experience in a Securities FX and Global Custody environment with considerable experience with the following skills:
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and communicate the strategic vision

• Laser focus in understanding and articulating client needs and turning needs into business cases

• Demonstrated strong leadership in client experience, product expertise, development of appropriate solutions/bundles, and ability to identify and take advantage of trends and opportunities, ability to motivate team members and indirect reports
• Change agent with the ability to swiftly and effectively execute
• Results orientated: drive results through people, communication, influence management and interactions.
• Analytical: strong analytical skills using Microsoft Office with complementary communications and presentation skills
• Multi-tasker: Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize workloads, and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
